One Phone Per User
Each user needs their own phone.
Important: Make sure that a Power Supply is included with each IP phone.

This scenario is the most common where each person needs a phone on their desk. Each phone has it’s own extension and calls can be answered and transferred from any desk. Many PBX options are available just like with an on premise PBX.
You’ll Need An IP Phone such as:
- Grandstream GXP1625 IP Phone (about $35)
- Grandstream GXP2130 v2 IP Phone (about $65)
- Yealink T46S IP Phone (about $145)
Multiple Phones for One User
One Phone Line Shared at Multiple Desks
You’ll need an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) + DECT 6.0 Phones such as: ATA: Grandstream GS-HT802 (about $35) + DECT 6.0 Phones: Vtech or Panasonic (Price depends on number of phones)

DECT 6.0 phone are also available at local stores such as: Walmart, Office Depot, Staples, Costco, Sam’s, Fry’s Electronics, etc.
This scenario would be useful in a business such as a small store where you only need the one line but would like to answer the phone from multiple locations in the store such as at the counter, or in the backroom, or in the office.
