The Lead History shows the call history of the lead currently incall. It is located in the activity bar at the bottom of the agent screen. Note: You can only view the lead history while incall.
Step 1. Click on the Lead History tab to expand the section while incall to view the call lead history of the current lead. The lead’s call history will display the date and time, disposition (status), length of call in seconds, and the call count for each call made as well as which campaign or ingroup received the call.
Step 2. Click on the Lead History tab again to close the section.
