Do you offer discounts for a lot of seats?
While we already offer some of best prices on the market, if you have a large amount of agents we may be able to offer some discounts or incentives depending on the size and needs of your operation.
What if I need to add more users?
You may add additional users any time by contacting us. We simply pro-rate the cost based on your monthly billing cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may suspend your account at any time during your billing cycle by contacting us. There are no cancellation fees and you are welcome to start service up again any time.
Can I share seats?
Our pricing is per simultaneous user. So if you have shifts and want your agents to share seats, that option is available to you on our cloud-based products.
